The “Mothers of Invention” regional conference will be held Saturday, Sept. 20,at
the Tivoli Turnhalle from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The conference is open to

Writing Center open house
The Writing Center will hold an
open house on Tuesday, Sept. 23, from 2:30-4:30 p.m. All faculty and
are invited to visit the Writing Center in room 310 of the King Center.
Light refreshments will be served.
The open house will be an opportunity to learn more about the
Writing Center and how it works with students. “We work with writers at
all levels, from basic to sophisticated, to improve their writing,”
says Writing Center Director Liz Kleinfeld. “The more that faculty and
staff know about our services and are able to explain them to students,
the better able we are to serve students.”
