The College’s annual faculty development conference, previously held in the fall, has been moved to Friday, Feb. 6, 2009, and is being coordinated by Mark Potter, the new director of the Center for Faculty Development.

The conference’s topic, “Developing Communities of Practice at Metro State,” was chosen based on surveys and interviews with faculty.

The deadline to submit proposals for sharing expertise and ideas is Friday, Nov. 14.
