A team of Metro State students and alumni will help serve a plated luncheon to 110 guests at the Governor's Mansion on Saturday, Oct. 10. The team will be led by Jackson Lamb, assistant professor and director of culinary administration in the Department of Hospitality, Tourism and Events.
Called "The Centennial Luncheon," the event will honor those Colorado families that have had a farm or ranch in their family for 100 years or more. The luncheon is being sponsored by the Department of Agriculture, with cooking by the Colorado Chefs Association.
