Patrick Kelly, director of the Information Center for State Higher
Education Policymaking and Analysis, and Matt Gianneschi, Governor Bill
Ritter’s education policy advisor, will speak. A panel discussion on
“What Next? Scenarios and Solutions to the Continuing Program of
Financing Colorado Higher Education” will feature other state education
