HEAR forum to address fiscal future of higher education

Faculty and staff are encouraged to attend the Higher Education Association of the Rockies (HEAR) Fall Forum, “The Fiscal Future of Higher Education in Colorado: Peril or Possibility?” to be held Wednesday, Oct. 7, 7 a.m.-1:45 p.m., at the Scottish Rite Center, 1370 Grant St.

Patrick Kelly, director of the Information Center for State Higher Education Policymaking and Analysis, and Matt Gianneschi, Governor Bill Ritter’s education policy advisor, will speak. A panel discussion on “What Next? Scenarios and Solutions to the Continuing Program of Financing Colorado Higher Education” will feature other state education leaders.
