Volunteers are needed for the 2013 MSU Denver Homecoming Feb. 4-9, the annual event which this year will include back-to-back women’s and men’s basketball games on both weekend nights.

On Friday, Feb. 8, the women Roadrunners tip off at 5 p.m. in the Auraria Event Center against the Colorado School of Mines. The men meet the Orediggers at 7 p.m.

The following evening the women's and men's basketball teams face Colorado Christian University, at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. respectively in the Auraria Event Center.

Homecoming events also include a battle of the bands, spirit day, an amazing race event, bonfire, office decorating contest and more. For a schedule of events, click here.

To enter the Roadrunner Best of the Best contest, students must submit a 60-90 second video clip explaining the impact they’ve made on campus, at their job or in their community. The videos will be posted on YouTube and students who produce the two videos that receive the most "Likes" will each receive a $500 scholarship. For more information, click here.
