English Professor James Aubrey, an expert on film in India who taught there on a 2006-07 Fulbright Scholarship, will lead a two -week study-abroad course on Indian cinema over the upcoming winter break.

Offered for academic credit in English or cinema studies, the course features daily movie screenings and discussions, including at the National Film Archive in Pune and at Film City – Bollywood – in Mumbai. A classical dance performance, the Phalke Museum of Film and the Ajanta Caves also are on the itinerary.

To arrange the best air flights and fares, Aubrey is asking for registrations by Oct. 15.
