Metro State faculty and staff continue to play a significant role in the Denver community and beyond, bringing recognition and accolades to themselves and the College.

Carrie Besnette, vice president for Institutional Advancement, has been asked to serve as the higher education co-chair of the 2009 Western Regional Forum of the College Board. The forum will be held in Denver on Feb. 22-24, 2009, and will bring together educators from the elementary through university levels and from 12 western states.
