Faculty members continue to be sought after by their peers to serve
on accreditation teams and the boards of academic organizations.

Jane Broida, professor of recreation professions, recently
chaired an accreditation visitation team to Temple University in
Philadelphia, Pa., for the Council on Accreditation with the National
Recreation and Park Association.
Chair and Associate Professor of Marketing Clay Daughtrey has
agreed to step into the secretary-treasurer position Marketing
Educators Association (MEA) for the 2007-10 term. A second-term board
member representing the Rocky Mountain region, Daughtrey is well known
as a leader in the association, according to MEA President Barbara
Gross. MEA is an international organization that promotes the
enhancement of marketing education.
