Students: London Semester 2009 could be within your reach
Jun 9, 2008

Students, if you had a chance to study for a semester in London, would you go? If you had a chance to see Prince Harry, visit Stonehenge and walk the streets that Charles Dickens and Jack the Ripper walked, would you book your flight now?

Watch for your mail from the International Studies office. It is possible that you can participate, particularly if you qualify for financial aid.

Study-abroad staff members, with help from the Student Government Assembly, are sending thousands of letters to qualifying Metro State students – those with a 2.0 GPA and 15 completed credit hours at the College.

This opportunity is offered as part of a consortium agreement between Metro State and the American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS). Eight classes are offered, plus a required British Life and Culture class, all of which are for-credit courses.

Want more details? Please pick up an information packet at the Office of International Studies in the lower level of the Golda Meir House, 1146 9th Street, from 2- 4 p.m. on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
