Open enrollment for faculty and administrators covered under the CHEIBA Benefit Plan ends on Friday, Nov. 30.

The CHEIBA Trust Employee Benefit Plan booklet outlines employee benefit choices effective for 2013.

If there are no changes to your elections, you do not have to re-enroll for benefits except for any Flexible Spending Accounts you may have.

All benefit-related information and forms are accessible on the Human Resources benefits webpage. Completed forms must be hand-delivered, faxed to 303-556-5151 or sent to Lloyd Moore, benefits manager, Campus Box 47, no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30.
