The two finalist candidates for Metro State’s provost position are
slated to return to campus on two consecutive Mondays, June 15 and 22.
As announced last week, Vicki Golich, dean of the College of Arts
and Sciences at California State University San Marcos, and Peter E.
Millet, dean of the College of Education at Tennessee State University,
have been selected as finalists for the position. Golich’s return visit
is June 15 and Millet’s is June 22.
“We are fortunate to have two well-qualified candidates for this
important position,” said Vice President for Institutional Advancement
Carrie Besnette, who chairs the search committee. “I encourage everyone
who can to attend their respective meeting time with these candidates
or the open session in the afternoon.”
