The Metro State women's soccer team has moved into the No. 6 ranking in the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America NCAA Division II top 25 poll released on Tuesday. Seattle Pacific remains at No. 1.
The Roadrunners went 2-0 last week, winning 5-1 at UC-Colorado Springs on Friday and 4-1 against Colorado State-Pueblo on Sunday. Now at 9-1, the Roadrunners host Adams State and Nebraska-Kearney on Friday and Sunday this week.
No. 11 Fort Lewis is the only other Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference school in the top 25.
