At approximately 12:20 p.m. today, a man was robbed in the King Center/ Performing Arts Building on the Auraria Campus. The suspect approached the victim while he was using the restroom on the 1st floor, pushed him into a bathroom stall, brandished a knife and stole his computer and cash.
The Auraria Police Department responded immediately and is actively investigating the incident.
The suspect is reported to be a black male, approximately 6’1”, with a strong body odor. He fled in an unknown direction.
