Students, faculty and staff chowed down at last week’s grand opening of Red Robin’s Burger Works, the new “better burger” restaurant at the Hotel and Hospitality Learning Center (HLC).
At the grand opening, Red Robin CEO Steve Carley presented MSU Denver Dean of Professional Studies Sandra Haynes with the first official burger.
In addition to the Burger Works restaurant, Red Robin International, Inc. is supporting the HLC with a $50,000 commitment over the next three years. The restaurant also provides MSU Denver students with applied-learning opportunities and jobs in the fast-casual restaurant environment.
Hours for Red Robin’s Burger Works are 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
