Metro State art students will display some of their works at Bonacquisti Wine Company on Friday, Nov. 12 from 5-8 p.m. in a creative and collaborative effort to toast Metro State during its 45th Anniversary.
The collaboration will help to promote Rowdy Red, a limited edition cabernet franc that commerates the College's 45th Anniversary.
"Several of my students and I installed over a dozen paintings," said Assistant Professor and Painting Coordinator Carlos Fresquez, adding that this is a great opportunity for students to display their work. "They are all excited and are planning on inviting their friends and family" to celebrate Metro State.
Both the artwork and the wine will be available for purchase.
Bonacquisti Wine Company is located in Denver at 4640 Pecos St., Unit I.
The event is free and open to the public.
