The Rock the Vote 2012 Road Trip tour is coming to the Auraria Campus on Thursday, Oct. 25, from noon—4 p.m. in the Tivoli Commons. 

Featuring music from DJ Largechild, the event will also include a preview of the new Assassin’s Creed III video game, energy drinks from MiO, and a public address about the importance of voting.

Rock the Vote says it has registered more than 5 million voters as part of its mission to engage young people in the political process.
Students are encouraged to stop by the Rock the Vote bus, pledge to vote, have their picture taken and grab some free goodies.

The Auraria Higher Education Center has issued an amplified sound advisory from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. for the event.
