Internal Communications
We keep the campus community informed

College Communications informs the faculty, staff and students of important college news and individual accomplishments. In particular, we work to:

• Heighten awareness and understanding of college initiatives, decisions and policies by providing communications support to academic and administrative departments.
  
• Seek out and publicize department, program and individual successes and achievements.

We create and distribute three electronic news publications:

Metro in the Media – This regularly e-mailed report updates faculty and staff on local and national media coverage about the college as well as coverage in which Metro faculty are quoted as experts.

This Week@Metro – Published every Wednesday except during winter break, this publication is e-mailed to faculty and staff.

Today@Metro – This is available on the MetroConnect home page and is updated regularly.
