Welcome to the Personal Training Program at CRA!
Whether you decide to do our one-on-one or our buddy training program, all of our programs offer individualized attention that is based on your fitness assessment, goals and previous exercise experience. The following are some programs that we offer but many training sessions have overlap from more than one of the programs.

Weight Loss
The focus of this program is on caloric expenditure, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and nutritional information. You will use all forms of exercise including fitness ball, free weights, medicine balls, resistance machines, and cardiovascular equipment. The one hour training session will concentrate on a high number of repetitions as well as an emphasis on keeping your heart rate elevated to help with caloric expenditure.

Core Training
This program is ideal for anyone who has a history of abdominal weakness, low back pain, or is a new mother. Our core training will focus on exercises using a fit ball, medicine ball, bosu, balance, and pilates based exercises.

Sports Specific Training
This program is ideal for anyone who is preparing for an event such as a marathon, triathlon, cycling, or just looking to improve upon your golf swing. This training will involve movements, speed, and intensity that mimic that of your sport.

Traditional
This program is for that person who may be just looking to increase muscular strength or gain muscle mass. This program has an emphasis on both the resistance machines and free weight exercises.
