The field of recreation, parks and leisure services provides diverse settings of employment doing various types of jobs. Many of our graduates work in local, state and national parks; community recreation centers; Boy's and Girl's Clubs; YMCA/YWCAs; rehabilitation, psychiatric and acute care hospitals; transitional care/long term care facilities; military bases around the world; outdoor recreation settings; college campus recreation programs; resorts, hotels, theme parks, ski areas and other commercial recreation settings; and aquatic (pool and beach) facilities.
