A comprehensive historical account of the rise of science and scientific thought from the Babylonians to the present. Emphasizes great scientists and how they helped change the world. Topics include astronomy, chemistry, physics, math, and biology.
<br /><br />
This course helps to satisfy the General Studies-Level II requirement in Natural Science.


<div>Prerequisites:
<br />MTH 1110; either ENG 1010 or satisfaction of the Level I Communication course requirements; admission to the Honors Program or permission of the Honors Program director.
