The Honors Program is not a separate degree program, but instead complements the coursework required for a Metro State degree. 
Most courses can partially satisfy general studies requirements.
<br /><br />
In order to graduate with an Honors designation on your Degree, a total of <b>24 credit-hours must be earned</b> 
within the Honors Program.  This equates to eight classes.  Additionally, some credit hours may be met through Honors Contracts, Research Assistantships, and other approved programs.  Please see
the Honors Director about these additional opportunities.  Regular Honors courses are as follows:
