Scheduled Review Meetings

The committee accepts and reviews proposals at anytime throughout the year. For routine proposals, the committee often provides proposal evaluations and related decisions to authors (PIs) within 14 - 21 days of receipt. Review meetings are usually held the first Friday of each month. The committee is usually able to review proposals via electronic distribution, and without a face-to-face meeting. In some cases, the committee may require an in-person meeting with the PI submitting a proposal. These meetings are scheduled with the PI, at a mutually convenient time.

All meetings are at 12:00pm - 1:30pm in the Seventh Street Classroom Building (SS) - Aviation & Aerospace Science Department's Conference Room.  Meetings are restricted to HSRC Members only. If you have submitted a proposal, and wish to meet with the committee, please confirm your intention to attend with the Committee's Chair at least 2 days prior to the meeting date. Note: Depending on committee work, the committee may not always meet each month -- please confirm with the committee chair any scheduled meeting dates.
