Spanish Area of Emphasis in the B.A. in Modern Languages degree program:
The Spanish Area of Emphasis can be combined with a minor in several
Modern Languages degree program options.

Minor in Spanish:
The requirements for the
Minor in Spanish are a flexible and exciting option.

Spanish Courses:
Please consult the list of short Spanish course descriptions in the current
Catalog, all of which are offered on a regular basis. The Spanish Course Rotation may may change due to many factors, but can be used for planning.

Language Resources:
You are invited to seek out information on the language and cultures of the Spanish-speaking countries of the world at the
Spanish Resources page.

Certificates of Completion:
There are two
Certificates of Completion available in Spanish.

Study Abroad:
The MCSD
Language and Culture Institute offers three semester-long Study Abroad trips to Guadalajara, Mexico, each year and also one-credit programs in January which visit several locations.
