Piano Celebration Achievement Day
A new, friendly, non-competitive, adjudicated event is offered at the 2010 Piano Celebration! Take advantage of this valuable, low-pressure opportunity to prepare for spring festivals and competitive events.
Open to all levels of pre-college piano students (soloists or duet teams), the Piano Celebration Achievement Day offers private adjudicated sessions for beginning, intermediate, and advanced repertoires.
Students may sign up for an individual 10-minute session and present two contrasting short pieces (solo or duet) for feedback.
Written comments will be available at midday and end of day. Judges will be college faculty members.
Students and parents: please talk to your piano teacher about participating.
Piano teachers: for more information, please contact Dr. Tamara Goldstein, goldstet@mscd.edu.
