The Student Government Assembly recently lost two more members, leaving
a total of four of its seats vacant, according to the SGA President,
Jack Wylie.
Honors conference explores Asia

Every year, the Metro Honors Program holds a conference to raise money
and awareness for the program. The topic this year was East Asia, and
the conference featured several speakers on East Asian politics, culture
and economy, as well as a demonstration of Japanese taiko drums in the
Tivoli atrium.
Conference to open music industry doors

On Nov. 7 the Music and Entertainment Industry Student Association will
host its western regional conference in the King Center Recital Hall.
The conference will include four different discussion panels on topics
of importance in the music and entertainment industry.

On Oct. 28 Metro hoped for another RMAC win in the conference tournament,
but the Fort Lewis Skyhawks did what no team could in 68 RMAC tries:
defeat Metro at Auraria Field.
