Taking Her Last Laps

Metro’s swim team poses for a picture at a veteran teammate’s last meet under eligibility requirements of four years. Meredith Quast-Lanphier, bottom right, joined the team while taking a swim conditioning class after a 12-year break from college. “It’s like a big family,” Lanphier said about the team, “I think I’ll be at every meet next year.”
